THE TRUE SELF
Let's define what this really is.
I am all about having clear definitions of words and expressions so we both know exactly what is being talked about here.
Maybe you have read my WHO ARE YOU page.
There, I shared my personal answer to the question of all time: Who am I?
And I have answered from three perspectives:

• the spiritual consciousness perspective

• the personality consciousness perspective

• the body consciousness perspective

Of course, there is no separation, and in the end, everything is one and spiritual.
The material realm is just as spiritual as the spiritual realm.
So, let's define spiritual for a moment.
Spiritual for me is another word for consciousness.
The spirit, if you will, or God, if you will, is consciousness.
Everything that exists is made of consciousness, and therefore, everything is spiritual.
Consciousness is the underlying principle of all that exists.
Many scientific experiments have proven that the underlying stuff which everything is made of is not solid but liquid light waves that have awareness or consciousness (the most known experiment is the “Doppelspalt Experiment”).
And Consciousness is energy, and energy is not destructible.
You can't destroy energy; therefore, consciousness is eternal and immortal.

Alright, so let's say it a little more refined.
Everything that you can see — meaning every form you see: a stone, a butterfly, a plant, an ant, or a human — is compressed consciousness.
The body dies, but the “soul” continues to live. It's what you often hear.
Let's use consciousness instead of the word “soul,” simply because it's more precise and accurate and not as abstract and elusive as the term “soul.”
Your body is compressed consciousness.
When your body dies, the body dissolves over time, but the consciousness that was breathing and animating the body continues to live as formless consciousness.
When I talk about the True Self, I primarily refer to that consciousness that continues living when your body dies.
This is the True Self.
This self is eternal and infinitely intelligent, and the source of all that's existing.
Some people call this self God, the field, or the universe. I simply call it the TRUE SELF.
And you, the you that is reading this now, you are a unique expression of the True Self.
You are god, the field, the universe, the True Self — an infinite consciousness expressing
itself through a finite form, a body — your body.

Definition TRUE SELF:

The True Self is the source of all creation — it’s an infinite, self-aware, and intelligent
cosmic consciousness that expresses itself through many forms. One form is a human body with a distinct personality. The True Self is simultaneously and intricately connected to everything else that exists because it is everything else that exists and there is no separation.
The True Self is an infinitely intelligent and alive field from which everything is arising and returning.
